Senior Pro Rodeo Fund

The Senior Pro Rodeo Fund was developed to insure that seniors can continue to ride and enter the rodeo competetions that they have done all their lives. The fund mainly helps pay for indoor arenas to protect the competitors from climate conditions that would otherwise make it impossible for the cowboys and cowgirls to compete. The fund also will enable seniors in various rodeo associations throughout the United States compete for a few select rodeos in and with other states. It was also developed to co-sponsor a few "Cowboys of Color" competitions in Texas as well. The cost of living has gone up and many senior rodeo contestants and associations are suffering due to the lack of funds. This fund was developed so these legends of rodeo can conduct schools and teach their valuable skills on to others including seniors trying their hand at rodeo for the first time in their lives, and mainly to make the seniors continue to live long healthy and full lives enjoying what they love the most...RODEO.
